About Susan

I have been advising senior leaders in the corporate, government and non-profit sectors for over 25 years.

From the Treasury Department to fintech startups, I have helped devise strategy and lead organizational change in demanding and high-stakes environments.    

While I have deep experience in financial services – including private equity and asset management, fintech, regulation and policy – my career has also touched on philanthropy, media and politics, giving me a unique cross-sector viewpoint, and the agility to thrive in new situations.   


I have an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA in Economics from Duke University, and I am an ICF-certified executive coach.
